Why Work with Fundraising Specialists

We know you are busy and the last thing you want to do is a fundraiser! That is how we are different. We do 90-95% of the work for you. The most we usually need is 1-2 volunteers.

The way we do our fundraisers is what separates us from everyone else. In fact many of our fundraisers can be done up front with: NO COLLECTIONS, NO DELIVERIES, NO TRACKING, NO HEADACHES. You keep all of your profit up front before you pay us. We do offer customized programs. We will write a Parent Letter to explain the reason for the fundraiser.

How We Do Fundraisers

Leagues and Schools

1. We'll do a financial analysis with you and your board, so you know how much money to raise.
2. Have 1 coordinator to work directly with us. Eliminate confusion.
3. Plan a kick off meeting for best support and we sit down with the students for 10 min. and give them a roadmap of how to sell.
4. Wrap up within 1 week of end date.
5. Customize prize programs if needed.

3 Ways to Sell

1. (Leagues) Collect at Registration - #1 Recommended and the easiest!
   • Great with "FUN Card", Stickers, or Candy Bars.
   • Set the fees at what you need to make and receive your profit immediately!
   • Give the families the FUNdraiser for them to sell and get their money back.
     • Ex. Fee $30 and give every child 3 cards. They make $30 back.
     • Great because you have 100% participation, and done before practice even begins.
   • No tracking people down for money and product.
   • Highest profit per item for your organization.
2. Pre-sell off of an order form with a parent letter (shows why, how to do it, and a prize program).
   • This way everything is paid for up front so you don't have excess.
   • Get your profit right away.
   • Delivery in a short time after fundraiser is wrapped up.
3. Pass out the fundraiser and let the kids sell what they choose to.
   • This way is simple at first and non-threatening.
   • However, it has the least support and is more difficult to collect.
   • For best results here make it mandatory with a way to enforce it.
